Job Description:
• Planning, Managing, implementing distributor & Sales Force Automation,CRM in Sri Lanka.
• To act as the first line support to the application users the SFA system.
• The individual is expected manage master data as per the guidance of the company, and help resolve any user issues encountered by users.
• To coordinate with offshore supplier to get application related technical issues resolved.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of servers Desktops, Printers and Network Equipment in a LAN environment.
Essential:
• Possess a Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma in Information Technology / Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Sound knowledge in both SFA systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Experience in similar capacity would be a distinct advantage.
• Age below 30 years.
