ICT Support Officer (Male/Female)
– Having ICT Qualifications such as MCP MCTS, MCITP etc
– More than years experience in networking, software.
– Ability to understand new technologies quickly and effectively.
– Newly passe, out graduates or those currently pursuing their degree are encouraged to apply.
– Extensive knowledge and skill in dealing with cloud computing – implementation and configuration.
– Experience in Installing,configuring and maintaining cloud based system.
– Respond to client technical problems immediately and patiently provide them with a solution.
– Excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people Responsibilities.
Sales Executives
– Over one yea of experience in the IT sales and management sector.
– Fully computer literate. well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
– knowledge in identifying Ware business opportunities and ways or promoting repeat business.
– Knowledge of Cloud computing Mobile Apps and Digital Advertising.
– Accurate forecasts of periodical revenue streams.
– Develop plans to ensure revenue growth in all products.
– Presenting a good, image negotiating agreement terms and dosing a sale.
– Maintaining healthy relations0p with existing and potential customers via telephone and email.
– Identify, initiate, implement and support existing and new marketing progress and strategies.
