• Maintaining all personal files and related documents
• Management of the company medical insurance scheme for all employees
• EPF & ETF registration, updates and documentation
• Maintaining the HR budgets and dashboard
• Overtime analysis and processing
• Actively Promote and contribute to H&S targets
Qualifications and Skills:
• NDT / HNDE / TTI – Electrical with 1 years working experience in similar capacity.
• Knowledge on machine parts and equipment
• Ability to do root causes analysis
• Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills
• Communication Skills in Sinhala and / or Tamil with English
