HR Officer / HR Assistant
Role Summary
The position requires in interviewing and selecting factory workers, coordinating induction program and other training programs, assist the monthly salary preparation, handling EPF/ETF of the factory employees, new employees database management, checking and updating vehicle running chart and other supportive activities required by HR dept.
Primary Requirement
• Should have a Diploma or any equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management (IPM, NIBM)
• Minimum of 2 -3 Years of experience in the field in HRM
• Age should be less than 28 years
• Proficiency in MS office Package
• Working knowledge of HRIS, Maintaining databases, Salary payment would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a high degree of commitment
