As our HR Executive you will;
– Handle payroll of the company.
– Maintain personal files and day today administrative work.
– Selection and Recruitment functions.
– Monitor leave and Attendance of the employees.
– Handle Employee benefits scheme of company.
– Handle Legal Case with Labour Department
Qualification Required;
– The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in HRM
– 2 to 3 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization
– Possess a thorough knowledge of MS Office, Internet and E-mail.
– Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
– Be able to communicate effectively with all level of Employees.
