Job Description:
Professional Expertise Tax Specialist qualified with minimum 10-15 years experience and at least 6 years in Taxation experience.
Excellent technical knowledge of Indirect tax as it applies to the shared services BPO industry. Experience of operating within an SEZ environment as a tax professional (mandatory). Experience of dealing with a broad range of personnel including directors and business leaders across a multitude of disciplines. Broad knowledge of other taxes and accounting principles. A good communicator skilled at building relationships, gaining trust and inspiring confidence. Ability to influence internal decision maker. Project management skills, specifically ability to calculate accurate cost, benefit using qualitative and quantitative data, planning and implementation. A self-starter, able to use own initiative, spot opportunities, and drive tax efficient business decisions.
