Services include Company Incorporation and Formation in Sri Lanka, Regulatory approvals, Registrar of Company filings, statutory documents etc.
We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the following vacancies in our Company Secretarial Division.
Head of Secretarial Division – Female
Job Responsibilities:
With the task of managing the Corporate Secretarial functions of the Group of Companies which would include attending Board and Audit Committee meetings and shareholders’ meetings, taking down minutes, coordinating with the shareholders and the relevant authorities such as Colombo Stock Exchange, Registrarof Companies an attending to all Secretarial and Registrars’ work.
The ideal candidate should be possess the following:
• An Attorney at Law with the Secretarial License or a Chartered Secretary or any other equivalent professional qualifications.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a company Secretarial practice.
• Should be fluent in English Language with excellent writing skills.
• Should be able to work independently.
• Age below 40 years.
Trainee Company Secretary – Female
The ideal candidate should be possess the following:
• Minimum of 01 year experience in a Company Secretarial Division.
• Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Should be fluent in English Language with excellent writing skills.
• Ability to enable close rapport with clients.
• Age below 30 years.
