Graphic Designer (Colombo)

We are looking for a creative graphic designer to join our team. The role will support the Community Management team to produce digital content that meets the brief, is professional and is aligned with our brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
1, Participating in workshops with various internal stakeholders to understand the brief and design requirements
2. Creating various design artefacts including but not limited to digital media content (images, templates infographics, banner ads, GIFS and videos), email marketing templates, client presentations and reports (google slides and docs)
3. Creating email signature templates
4. Making design and layout updates to the corporate website (currently using
SquareSpace CMS)
Skills
The skills required for this role include:
– Undergraduate or a professional qualification in a similar discipline
– A minimum of 3 years working in a commercial setting as a graphic designer
– Experience with design software including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
– Video editing experience preferably with Adobe Premiere Pro and AfterEffects
– Experience with using content management systems (CMS) such as Squarespace and/or
Wordpress for website design
– Strong communication skills
– Good attention to detail
– Excellent time management skills
– Exceptionally creative and innovative in developing concepts and designing
– Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
