Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:
– Actively participating in the corporate strategic planning process and establishing appropriate budgetary control.
– Be responsible for the overall financial operations of the organization, whilst implementing continuous process improvements to mitigate potential financial and operational risks.
Education/Experience and Skills Required:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management and/ or a professional qualification in
ICASL/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably in the relevant field.
– Broad understanding of the financial behavior of a manufacturing company.
– Should demonstrate a high level of decision-making capabilities, problem-solving and negotiation skills as well as possess good leadership qualities.
– Good knowledge of financial and management accounting, Budgeting, planning and taxation.
– Broad understanding of forex and statutory/ regulatory requirements.
– Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines required.
– Proficiency in using ERP systems and excellent planning, organizing, managenal, and analytical skills using advanced Excel.
– Age below 45 years.
