We, a Construction Company (ISO accredited, ICTAD grade C1), immediately require following additional staff for our Head Office at Kurunegala.
Contract Management Executive (CME)
[Chartered civil engineer with 10 yrs experience]
• Attending to legal & Contractual matters in our construction contracts
• Up-to-date Contractual correspondence and documentation including maintenance of various files and other records
• Attending to meetings with clients / consultants
• Bidding and Contracts Management activities
• Continuous coordination with our site / project managers
Office Engineer
[BSc.(Engineering) – Civil or equivalent with experience in contract correspondence, record keeping & construction planning. Familiarity with standard bidding documents, specifications and various “conditions of contract” is preferable]
• Maintaining contract files and other documents related to construction projects.
• Assisting the AGM – Construction and Contract Management Executive (CME) in correspondence with construction clients and consultants.
• Following up with clients / Consultants regarding payments, certificates and approvals in contracts.
• Coordinating with site staff.
• Planning and monitoring of Construction works and contracts.
