Ideal candidate:

• Should possess a good secondary education.
• Should possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
• Should have a flair for public relations and the initiative to act independently.
• Should be computer literate, including proficiency in MS Office packages and good data entry and typing skills.
• Experience in similar capacity and administering a call center or customer service environment would be an added advantage.
• Should be between the ages 22 to 28 (Female).
