Call Centre Agents – Full Option (Job Ref: Call Centre)
We are looking for professionals and well spoken candidates who are willing to be a Multi-tasker to join our
“Full Option Team”
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with excellent telephone etiquette skills
• Ability to work in a computerized environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala / Tamil language would be an added advantage
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Willing to work on Shift Basis
• Residence in Colombo and Suburbs
