As a part of our expansion programme in our workshops, we have an opening for a high calibre professional to be a member of the Team SML.
Asst. Manager – Workshops
The ideal candidate should be a professionally qualified individual with a proven track record in the motor vehicle industry and have the following qualifications and competencies:
Qualifications and Experience:
• Automobile Engineering Degree / Diploma from a recognized institute in the Automotive Industry
• Minimum of 06 years of post qualifying experience in the automotive industry out of which at least 03 years should be at a similar level in a reputed automobile company
• Be computer literate
Skills and Attributes:
• Should be below 40 years of age
• Excellent communication skills and ability deal with both customers and workshop staff
• Proven leader with the ability to deal with all levels of staff
• Excellent communication skills and be fluent in both English and Sinhala languages
• Ability to work under pressure and be target oriented
