Crystal Martin Group is a leading Garment Manufacturer having factories in Katunayake, Wathupitiwala zones, Kandy (Galagedara), Dambulla and Kanthale seeks dynamic, energetic and self motivated individuals with exceptional skills for it’s Dambulla factory.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the planned / projected hours and efficiency levels are achieved
• Ensure inline & end line quality standards are maintained as per customer requirements
• Ensure correct manning levels are maintained (directs to indirect ratio)
• Line balancing is accurate / optimize utilization of machinery
• Ensuring on time delivery with zero air freights & no short shipments
• Maintaining absenteeism under 2%
Qualifications required:-
• Graduate from a recognized University or an apparel related training/qualifications such as CITI/GIMI will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity and excellent communication skills in English Computer literacy are a must
• Minimum 2 years experience in bra production
• Need to be a pro-active person to identity potential problems well in advance & take necessary corrective / preventive action.
• Needs to be team players who have the ability to work well with colleagues & direct reportees.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks effectively under pressure
• Willingness for continual change & improvement
