Trend Setters (A Member of Diamantaire Holdings) is a well established apparel manufacturing export organization specialized in Swimwear, Kidswear and Schoolwear. It is consist of a Design Studio, Pleating plant and 04 factories in southern and western provinces; the Head office is situated at Panadura. Our present buyers are George, TESCO, DEBENHAMS, JLP, Carters.
Assistant Manager/Manager-Maintenance and Administration
Will be responsible for managing all maintenance functions of the group and general administration functions including security & cleaning
• Degree or Professional Qualification in a relevant field
• 02 years experience in Maintenance in the apparel Industry is essential
Payroll Assistant
Is responsible for preparation of salaries of the factory of 35o employees and to update attendance and leave records.
• Diploma/certificate qualification in HRM from a recognized institute
• Minimum oz years experience in payroll administration in a garment factory
• Experience in Pay Master / SEAMS will be added advantage
Employee Counselor
Counsels the employees and helps them in maintaining good mentalities while they are in work.
• Degree /Diploma or other professional qualification in psychology and counseling from a recognized institute
• 01 year experience in counseling (for clients specially in industrial/working environment )
• Should have a good character and outstanding personality
• Female counselors will be given the priority.
Process Auditor
Will be responsible for routine audit to ensure compliance with the company policies, internal control, procedure and applicable laws and regulations
• Degree or Professional Qualification in Business Administration/Management
• 01 year experience in production/Administration in the apparel Industry
• Should be very good in English
• Ability to “add value” to business operations though identification and sharing of good practices.
