Job Description:
Must have a CA membership number
Experience required: 4-5 years of post qualification in corporate tax & international tax at a senior associate level.
– Must have advisory, compliance and litigation experience
– Maximum consultancy experience.
– Good knowledge of Direct Tax, Corporate tax (income tax & DTAA) & international tax, Basic knowledge of Indirect tax.
– Work exposure in Regulatory work related to SEBI, RBI, NBFC, FEMA, FDI etc.
– Various sectors in the industry.
– Ability to handle clients independently, if required.
– Ability to manage team and getting quality output from them.
– Ability to engage with clients and getting more work from them.
– Ability to impart training on technical subjects.
– Basic awareness of industry issues.
– Good communication skills
