Assistant General Manager

Job Profile:

• To assist the General Manager in formulating and executing strategies and follow-up.
• Setting goals and objectives for the Bank.
• Devising strategies and reviewing policies to ensure that business objectives are met.
• Motivating self and the team to achieve objectives.
• Managing recoveries and administration.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution with 10 years of post qualifying experience of which 3 years should be at a senior managerial position in a Bank or Financial Institution and MBA from a recognized university. or
• Degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution with 12 years of post qualifying experience of which 3 years should be at a senior managerial position in a Bank or Financial Institution. or
• AIB /Diploma in Bank Management with 14 years of experience of which 3 years should be at a senior managerial position in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Salary Scale:

• 32,600/1,200×15 + 20 % rent allowance from basic salary + Cost of Living Allowance+ Vehicle or Rs.40, 000 with fuel + Telephone allowance.
• Entitle to 15 % EPF & 3% ETF
• Salary negotiable for contract basis employees.

Senior Manager – IT

Job Profile:

• Ensure adoption of an appropriate Management Information System to facilitate the business activities of the Bank.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT facilities of the Bank to support all business activities.
• Preparation of the IT policy & ensure implementation.
• Software developments and modifications to suit changes taking place in the bank while taking precautionary measures prior to introducing new technologies & updates.
• Ensure hardware maintenance of equipment belonging to the Bank.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in IT or Engineering with computer Science as major subject from a recognized university and Master’s degree with 8 years of post qualifying experience in the IT field out of which 5 years should be at a managerial position with exposure to IT.
or
• Degree in IT or Engineering with computer Science as major subject from a recognized university with 10 years of post qualifying experience in the IT field out of which 5 years should be at a managerial position with exposure to IT.
• Candidate with exposure to IT field in banking / finance industry would be given preference.

Salary Scale:

• Rs 22, 700 /860×20 + 20 % rent allowance from Basic salary + Cost of Living Allowance+ Rs.40, 000 as transport allowance Telephone Allowance.
• Entitle to 15 EPF & 3% ETF
• Salary negotiable for contract basis employees.

Manager – Procurement

Job Profile:

• Assure the on time delivery and quality of requested equipments and materials by Head Office and branches through standard procurement procedure.
• Ensures the bank secures the best deals for products and services it purchases.
• Provide advice and guidance to clients on procurement matters and advice clients on relevant processes. Candidate Profile
• Degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution with 07 years of post qualifying experience in handling procurement preferably in a Bank or Financial Institution or
• Diploma in supply chain management /public Procurement and contract Administration with 09 years of experience in handling procurement preferably in bank or financial Institution

Salary Scale:

• Rs.18, 090 /710×20 + 20 % rent allowance from Basic salary + Cost of Living Allowance + Rs. 8,000 as transport Allowance + Telephone Allowance
• Entitle to 15 % EPF & 3% ETF
• Salary negotiable for contract basis employees.

Credit Officer

Job Profile:

• Project analysis including evaluation of management, technical & market risk of credit requirement.
• Initiate & follow-up visits of new and existing loan / leasing facilities.
• Credit administration (Loan disbursement / security documents and recoveries)
• Client relationship management.
• Monitoring collections to ensure prompt repayments.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution with 03 years of post / qualifying experience in a Bank or Financial Institution with exposure to commercial lending/leasing or
• AIB / Diploma in Bank Management with 05 years of experience in a Bank / Financial Institution with exposure to commercial lending / leasing or
• G.C.E. O/L with five credit passes including Mathematics and Sinhala / Tamil & English and three credit passes at G.C.E. A/Ls with 07 years of experience in a Bank or Financial Institution with exposure to commercial lending/leasing
• Candidate should possess a valid driving licence for motor cycles & should be computer literate Preference would be given to permanent residents of northern and western province.

Salary:

• Rs.12,910/290×15 + 20 % rent allowance from Basic salary + Cost of Living Allowance + Rs. 5,000 as transport Allowance + Telephone Allowance.
• Entitle to 15 % EPF & 3% ETF
• Salary negotiable for contract basis employees.
