Job Requirements:
* Excellent English written communication skills.
* Average to moderate verbal English communication skills Comfortable communicating with customers and good communication skills using Live Chat/Ticketing System. * Basic Knowledge in web hosting environment.
* Basic understanding of popular software such as WordPress, Joomla, PHPBB, Drupal etc. Experience with WHMCS and cPanel will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
* You will generate new leads, promote our brand and answer sales related help desk tickets and chats.
* Interact with customers using live chat and help customers with their day to day issues relating to sales.
* Take new orders and process PayPal/credit card information.
* Order verification & follow-up via online help desk and billing management system.
* Taking care of billing/sales issues of current customers.
* Process invoices and other customer account needs.
* Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of tends in customer issues.
Office Shift Times (Office is Located at Wijerama, Nugegoda.): We are open 24/7/365 with flexible schedule (that we will assign after discussing with you).
Work From Home? We are also looking for remote staff for night shifts, just mention this when you are applying if you are interested in working remotely.
