We are currently seeking a suitably qualified high performing professional for our client in the consulting industry.
We are looking for a web developer with experience of working with marketing teams, who knows
how to deliver a good user experience that effectively drives calls to action. This is a new role that will provide development, operational maintenance and interpret web analytics, across web portals and microsites.
The profile we are looking for,
1. Age below 25 years
2. Undergraduate of 8 reputed University pursuing a degree in the field of IT or Software
3. Motivated self-starter who will take projects from idea to execution
4. Fluent in English and Sinhala. Tamil also is preferred.
5. An individual with strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills
6. Constant communication with stakeholders in the business to develop and deploy content
— and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created within what
timeframe
7. Agood understanding of digital marketing tactics – SEO, PPC and social media
advertising — Desirable
8. Highly organised, with the ability to multitask across different websites and deliverables
Responsibilities,
1. Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content
2. Work towards developing the existing English website to a Sinhala and Tamil website
3. Work cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms
4. Experience solving multi-browser compatibility and multi-device compatibility issues
5. Good understanding of creative and current web analytics and reporting tools
6. Experience creating, customizing, and integrating APIs
7. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
8. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, social media platforms and current technologies
9. Make any direct changes or create variations of the template as required
10. Work with the Content Marketing team to determine what information the site will contain
11.Create custom reports to show web performance and insights.
12. Interpret web analytics and engagement reports: traffic, keyword rankings and lead
generation. Flag any issues and recognise any quick wins to boost conversions.
