We are looking for candidates to join our Contact Center and be the voice of Standard Chartered. The job role is service oriented and employment would be on a two year direct contract with Standard Chartered Bank.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist customers on day to day inquiries and requests
• Achievement of pre-defined performance targets based on quality and efficiency.
Eligibility criteria You must:
• Be enthusiastic, with a flair for Customer Service
• Be fluent in English and Sinhala, Tamil would be added advantage since the Contact Centre handles inbound calls of all three languages
• Possess excellent inter-personal skills
• Be an excellent team player
