Key Selection Criteria
Essential:
1. A postgraduate degree in international studies, international relations, social science or a similar field.
2. Demonstrated experience in project and/or program coordination.
3. Experience working in a Sri Lanka core development area: education, health, economic growth and governance, and
understanding of the Australian aid program.
Desirable:
1. Operational knowledge of volunteer programmes in Sri Lanka
2. Demonstrated monitoring and evaluation experience
3. Demonstrable strong organisational, administrative, business development and stakeholder management skills.
4. Demonstrable experience working in an international organisation in Sri Lanka
* Age: Below 35
* Period: Fulltime for 1 year
* Salary: Negotiable
