Technical Sales Assistant / Computer Hardware Technician (Jaffna District)
Job Profile:
■ Diagnose computer related problems and troubleshoot hardware and software application in-house and field.
■ Install computers and related peripheral equipment including printers, scanners and related items.
■ Diagnose and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, Email, Internet and LAN access problems.
■ Handle and coordinate the courier operations between Head Office, Shops and Regional Service Centers.
Personal Profile:
■ Should have successfully completed GCE (A/L) Examination.
■ Should possess credit pass for English and Mathematics in GCE (0/L) Examination.
■ Should have an One (01) year hands on experience in handling the hardware failures, software troubleshooting and product installation.
■ Ability to interact with customers and excellent communication skills in Tamil and English are essential.An ability to communicate in Sinhala will be an added advantage.
■ Preference will be given for a candidate who has a Diploma in Computer Hardware Technology.
