Requirements:
• Must have a hands-on experience in the Yardi property management system
• Age below 35
• 3-5 years of experience in the property management sector
• Ability to maintain monthly general ledger, month-end close, and deliver accurate results for reporting
• Solid knowledge of budget preparation and review procedures
• Proficient in transaction processing using Yardi applications
• Excellent math skills including extensive experience with accounting balancing
• Ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Adept at working well with others and completing tasks independently
• proficient in Microsoft package and applications
• Highly proficient in oral and written English communication
• Salary 400USD basic & 100 USD allowance (Negotiable) WFH
