Site Supervisor / Junior Quantity Surveyor (Colombo 10)

We are the agents for world renowned brands of Machinery and Hardware items for the past six decades and now we have extended our business to Building Constructions. We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the
following positions.
Site Supervisor
The ideal candidate should,
– Between 25 – 30 years of age.
– Possess a certificate in Civil or Building Engineering from the National Apprenticeship Board or any other recognized Technical Institute.
– Have minimum of 3 years experience in supervision of Civil/Building Work at Site.
– Applicants with exposure to Quality Control of Civil/Building Work and basic knowledge in on Site Storekeeping and Inventory Control will be given preference.
Junior Quantity Surveyor
– Between 25 – 30 years of age.
– Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Quantity Surveying from a recognized Technical Institute.
– Have minimum of 3 years experience in Taking off Quantities, Checking Certification of Quality of Work at Site.
– Measurement and preparation of Interim Payment Certificates and Final Bill for Payment.
– Applicants having experience in Site Quantity Surveying will be given preference.
