Senior Software Engineer – SharePoint (Sri Lanka)

As a SharePoint Developer, the individual will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise solutions that will meet the requirements of the clients.
This position requires a highly motivated, technical individuals who has the ability to put his/her mark on the development of our newt-generation solutions.
This role will see you responsible for but not limited to web development, migration and configuration utilizing SharePoint 2010/2013.
Functions of a Senior Software Engineer at Navantis Include (but are not limited to):
– Work with Navantis Offshore team to clarify product goals and requirements.
– Work with the client in order to understand the requirements of the system.
– Design and develop solutions using cutting edge technologies that meet the client requirements.
– Ensure that the product meets the required quality level.
– Accommodate change from the client.
– Apply agile and lean software development techniques in order to deliver solutions.
Core Skills:-
Technology Experience/Skills:
– Minimum of 03 years of industry experience
– Minimum of 01 years experience in SharePoint 2010/2007
– Proven track record and leading development teams and delivering solutions
– Strong knowledge of SharePoint functions and features
– You will have demonstrable experience in design, development and implementation of SharePoint 2007 / 2010.
– Experience developing software with Microsoft Dot Net Framework in C#
– Experience on ASP Dot Net/HTML/CSS/JavaScript
– Enterprise application development and design
– Ability to quickly grasp new technologies without any training and apply them successfully in delivering solutions
Other Skills:
Extreme level of attention to detail
Passionate about great design, innovative technical solutions
– You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team.
