Job Description:
Graduate degree in law from a premier institute,Certification Training in UK laws is preferable,
2 to 4 years of post qualification exp preferably in an in house contracts department of a company or a top end Legal KPO.
Should be willing to travel abroad Prepare, Review, Revise & Negotiate commercial procurement contracts of goods & services as per the applicable laws & drafting norms ,Legal support for Mergers & Acquisitions & RFP related work,Experience on UK contract laws & Indian Companies Law is must.
