Job Responsibilities:
• Develop letters and other communication documents Independently.
• Arrange meetings with clients and handle day-to-day operations including office filling system with a proper identification system.
• Coordinating with the company Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications:
• Should possess Ah qualification with a credit pass for English/mathematics in (O/L).
• Hands-on experience outside organizations and clients to arrange meetings.
• Should be conversant in both writing and speaking in English.
• Sound knowledge in working with computer programs including Microsoft office.
• Should be willing to work for late hours / weekends when the need arises.
• Should posses a reasonable typing speed.(Ability to type in Sinhala will be an added qualification).
Work Experience:
Should hare more than 5-10 yrs executive work experience as a secretary.
