It currently manages 15 properties in Sri Lanka under its hospitality arm — CG Hotels and Resorts Lanka Pvt. Ltd. We are in search of the right individuals for the following positions based in Colombo;
Reservations / Customer Care Executive (04 positions)
• Age below 30 years preferably
• Full or part qualification in Sales and Marketing and/or Professional Hotel School qualification.
• Minimum 01 year work experience in hotel reservations / Customer Care.
• Higher ability to work in a fully computerized environment.
• Exposure to OTA and Revenue Management.
• Excellent communication skills in English Language and additional knowledge in Languages will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, Team Player with the ability to function independently meeting service standards and deadlines.
Sales and Marketing Executive (02 positions)
• Age below 35 years preferably
• Full or part qualification in Sales and Marketing and/or Professional Hotel School qualification.
• Minimum 01 year work experience in hotel Sales and Marketing.
• Knowledge in OTA and Revenue Management.
• Higher ability to work in a fully computerized environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English Language and additional knowledge in Languages will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, Team Player with the ability to function independently meeting service standards and deadlines.
