Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Professional certifications in payroll management (e.g., CPP, SHRM-CP) are an advantage.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
– Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, or similar).
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations.
– Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for payroll analysis and reporting.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
– Team management and collaboration skills.
