Key Account Manager – Schools
Skills & Personal Characteristics Required
• Good knowledge of the International qualifications offered in Schools
• The ideal candidate should possess a very pro-active personality
• Should possess outstanding sales acumen & Relationship Management skills
• The candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter, possess strong persuasive s kills with excellent methodical and tactical skills
• Multilingual (English, Sinhala and Tamil)
Qualifications & Experience:
• Around 5 years’ experience working in an education establishment in Sales/Marketing or Operations
• Knowledge of progression opportunities for students after A/L, university entry requirement’s etc
• Experience in relationship management—School, Principals, teachers, British Council staff and other stake holders would be added advantage
• Identifying new channels and partners to grow the business
• Experience in managing a sales team would be added advantage
• A degree or an equivalent professional qualification would be added advantage
• Male who is multilingual (English, Sinhala and Tamil)
