Our Team:
As a Junior Business Developer you will be working in the Global Business Development and Support Center team. The team consists of employees from 17 different nationalities and is currently located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and Colombo, Sri Lanka.
You will be a part of a very strong and dynamic team in which we carry values like “together we can achieve more”, “trust” and “continuous learning” which will give you a lot of opportunities. Although you will be in close contact with the BDC in Rotterdam and will receive vari-ous trainings throughout the year, we also expect you to be able to work independently and to seize opportunities when they arise. Job Description:
■ Communicating with international prospects through “cold calling”
■ Online market research for various sales and marketing campaigns
■ Search contact persons via websites and social media and keep the data up-to-date in the CRM system
■ Lead generation for in-house international software products
Profile:
■ Excellent communication skills in English
■ The Ideal Match to our profile would be below 24 years of age
■ School leavers are encouraged to apply
■ Part Qualification in Marketing would be an added advantage
■ Affinity with e-Commerce, social media, sales and marketing
■ Independent, accurate, result oriented and perseverant
■ Ambitious with a strong entrepreneurial drive
