Description:
A Vacancy exists for a self-motivated and results oriented individual with relevant industry experience in HR Management to be a part of the team at Creo360. The ideal candidate will need to have experience in the industry in a similar capacity and have good communication skills.
Essential Requirements:
• Age below 30 years
• Degree or Diploma or other professional qualification in HR Management
• Excellent Communication Skills in English
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Computer literate with Good Knowledge of MS Office package
• At least one year experience at a similar capacity
• Communication skills in Sinhalese and Tamil will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate HR Functions and Activities
• Manage Administration Activities
• Preparation of Contract and other Employee documentation
• Maintain Employee Information
• Coordinate communications with other industry bodies and Universities
