Renem is an Executive Search firm specializing in the search & recruitment of top-notch executives, professionals at executive level, middle and senior management levels across every range of industries.
Our Client:
Well established IT company in Sri Lanka and they are seeking applications from eligible candidates for Head of Operations position.
As the Head of Operations you will be responsible for overall business operation of the company overlooking client projects and relationships, as well as coordinating with both internal and external partners to improve and ensure business operational excellence.
If you are a top level manager with:
• Strong business judgment and a balanced mix of communication, and negotiation.
• Highly analytical problem solving ability to apply original and innovative thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner.
• Proven experience of being a highly effective people manager who can work closely with Project Managers and their teams to build high performing teams and achieve results.
• Strong management discipline, integrity and ethics.
• Proven ability to drive from simple to complex projects with strong leadership and collaboration with both internal and external partners.
• Efficient communication skills in both verbal and written form.
• Flexible approach and be comfortable with a fluid organizational structure that requires both team work and self-sufficiency as necessary, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
And
If you possess:
• Relevant experience in either the IT or non-IT sector (e.g. Garments, Logistics, Manufacturing)
• Experience overseeing business operations and client relationships in a management capacity with minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Project Management experience (preferable)
• A MBA or an equivalent professional qualification
