Responsibilities:
Ability to investigate / Audit micro finance field data and evaluate findings and report non- compliance with regulations , Prepare detailed reports on investigations / audit findings and submit to the top management , Visit customer centers at field and compare details with available documents , Inspect loan documents and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions , Examine and evaluate field level data reliability with integrity and recommend controls .
Candidate Profile:
• Pass GCE (A/L) examination from any stream.
• Related experience in banking / finance or micro finance would be considered as added advantage.
• Be a good team player to achieve business objectives.
• Good in computer literacy, reading and speaking capability in English and Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel island wide to conduct / audit / investigations in the branch network
• Male candidates below the age of 30 years.
