We are looking for a talented, self-motivated and well-qualified individual to take on the following position.
FACTORY MANAGER:
Duties & Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the FACTORY MANAGER will include but aren’t strictly limited to the following.
1. Overall responsibility of production process.
2. Developing and Implementing production strategy.
3. Researching new technologies & alternative methods of efficiency.
4. Setting & reviewing budgets and managing cost. 5. Should demonstrate team leadership attributes and should posses interpersonal relationship with all level
6. Required good communication skills.
7. Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems
8. Improve health & safety policies and procedures in keeping up ISO standards
9. Maintaining the good housekeeping practices
Skills, Experience & Qualification:
The ideal candidate should:
1. Experience in manufacturing sector.
2. Have expert knowledge in Workstudy, Production planning, Quality assuarance process
3. Have excellent problem solving skills and manpower maintaining
4. Possess a minimum of 3 year of industrial experience
5. Age below 45
Experience in Coconut base growing media manufacturing sector would be an added advantage. Priority will be given to applicant who living around Kurunegala
