Our client is a leading US based BPO operating from Orion City, Dematagoda.
Their fast growth in the business requires an HR and Administration Executive to work in their night shift with minimum supervision.
HR and Administration Executive
The Role:-
– Manage staff medical insurance scheme
– Assist/follow up performance appraisals
– Organize training and inducting programs
– Attend to Staff Transport requirements
– Ensure timely payment of vendors
– Facility Management – ensure cleaning and repairs are done on time
Qualifications/Skills required:-
– Atleast 2 years of experience in HR/Administration (or have worked in night shifts with interest in HR)
– Tertiary qualification in Business related field.
– Basic management accounting skills.
– Excellent skills in Microsoft based software packages
– Can do attitude and be hands on
– Ability to work long hours
– Availability for ongoing night shift (8pm-4:30am)
Selected candidates can look forward for:
– Salary 35,000 per month
