E-Commerce Manager/Executive
The E-Commerce Manager/Executive is responsible for Assisting Director of Sales / Revenue Manager with online content management, seeking online marketing opportunities and managing the company’s website and web traffic. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing direct and semi-direct online channels to check and improve online sales and presence.
The E-Commerce Manager/Executive has to be creative with a strategic mindset in order to convey a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the Web.
Requirements:
• Must possess a Diploma, Advanced Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/ e-Commerce/ Marketing or an equivalent qualification
• Basic knowledge of SEM, SEO and PPC
• Basic understanding of web technology
• Experience with certain CMS and content management
• Experience with Email Marketing tools, content/visual creation, and knowledge of targeting and tracking techniques
• Understanding and ability to manage a customer database
• Experience and knowledge of web tracking tools (Google Analytics, or similar) and knowledge of tracking mechanisms
• Strong analytical and excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of image processing
• Experience in Development and implementation of online marketing activities
• Strong team player, communicative and receptive to ideas
