Requirements
– Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
– Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager.
– Proven experience as E Commerce in minimum of 5 years (E Commerce Website)
– Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
– Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
– Excellent understanding of Ecommerce, digital marketing concepts and best practices.
– Working knowledge of Power BI
– Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
– Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
– Salary-Negotiable
Responsibilities
– Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
– Managing and executing promotional campaigns
– Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify
assortment gaps
– Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer
issues or comments
– Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
