Simatech Agency Lanka (Pvt) Ltd seeks a self-motivated individual, as a Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities with the principal, shippers, customers and all service providers to ensure FCL cut off time is met.
• Ensure follow up with debtors and collections are made within the approved credit time frame.
• To assist the sales team with regards to follow up and pricing.
• To assist to prepare reports when required.
You should:
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience within the Shipping Industry.
• Be fluent in English, have good communication and negotiation skills.
• Be computer literate.
• Have a good knowledge of shipping procedures.
