Client Service Officer (Sri Lanka)

Here’s an opportunity to work with one of the largest Blue Chip Companies in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a passionate Client Service Officer with a thorough knowledge of Digital Media and who can develop unique concepts, to join our enthusiastic team.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Visit clients and generate new businesses.
• Update Digital Media in a timely manner. – Respond to client needs / issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with media planners / buyers and the production section to fully develop the advertising campaign.
• Research competitors and keep abreast of market trends.
Our Requirements:
• Preferably Males below 35 yrs.
• Experience in advertising industry or agency will be an advantage.
• A Sound knowledge on Digital Media.
• An outgoing personality with excellent PR skills.
• G.C.E. O/L with Credit passes in English & Mathematics, 3 passes at G.C.E A/L would be preferred.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Possess excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software packages.
• Be highly motivated and well organized.
• Be able to work under pressure.
