Our client is a globally renowned apparel manufacturing company in Sri Lanka looking for suitable candidate for following position:
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Skills Required:
• Strong leadership skills to lead all operational teams effectively and efficiently
• Analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Strong business judgment and a balanced mix of effective communication, and negotiation.
• Ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner.
• Effective time management skills for timely delivery of required results.
• Very good organization skills for effective management of various functions to achieve organizational goals
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business/Engineering or other relevant field from a reputed University.
Experience:
• Possess minimum 15 years of work experience in apparel Sector with a minimum of 3 years in CEO or COO level
• Textile knowledge/ experience will be an add advantage
• Be able to build relationships with key internal and external parties and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
• Proven track record of delivering results to maximizing profits
• Experience in managing 600+ workforce
• Networking with new customers to increase growth opportunities
