Job Description:
Branch Managers are responsible for all functions of a branch office and leads branch team towards achieving branch targets in terms of sales. He also responsible for making sure that the branch’s goals and objectives are met in a timely manner including sales recruitment, develop and retain high achievers.
Experience and qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years experience in senior executive / assistant manager grade at a branch level in a insurance company
– Sound education background + Marketing/Sales related professional qualifications will be added advantage
– Excellent team building and communication skills
= Knowledge in Insurance Products
– Knowledge and skills in sales budgeting, policy administration, public relation, performance appraisal, problem solving and decision making
