Assistant Manager – Contact Centre
Responsibilities:
– Work closely with Contact Center and ensuring Basic Infrastructure, Implementation SOPs, Quality of manpower
– Ensuring all KPIs related to Contact Center are met.
– Ensuring all VOCs are closed within Time frame
– Handling Happy Call process
– Roll out Service Tracking
– Do timely Audits as per Ho guidelines.
– Training to Contact Center Manpower.
Requirements: Graduate/ Post Graduate
– 5-7 Yrs of field experience in Contact Center for Field Service
– Excellent command in both spoken and written English
Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
