We are inviting professionals of exceptional caliber to join the Keppel C T Developments (Private) Limited team as:
Architect Coordinator / Clerk of Works
Main Responsibilities:
– Supervise Architectural works as per quality, standard and good workmanship
– Attend architectural inspections and assist Architect to issue non-conformance reports to ensure reworks by contractor are carried as per contract specifications
– Plan, design and implement residential development project.
– Produce high quality architectural designs and concepts and/or assist in the design work.
– Liaise and liaise with consultants and local authorities in the authorities‘ submission, project execution, co-ordination and on-site construction supervision
Candidate Requirement:
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record
– Good communication and co-ordination skills
– Sound knowledge of local codes and regulations and submission procedures
– Strong team player who is able to collaborate with peers from other disciplines for the delivery of quality and professional services
