You will be working within a team of sales and operations personnel, providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation within the team. You will be highly organised and deliver quality results with accuracy and on time.
Responsibilities include :
– Attend to support requests from the sales team.
– Attend to operations tasks as directed by the operations team leader
– Provide support to external clients as appropriate
– Handle customer service calls and queries as appropriate
– Assist in the preparation of reports
– Attend to general administrations tasks as directed
Requirements :
– Excellent time management skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
– Strong organisational and planning skills
– Ability to learn and work with Ms Office and other web based programs
– Willing to learn and work with different operational processes
– Great team playing skills
– G.C.E. A/L qualified
