A well established company situated in Colombo is looking for Accounts Executives
Candidate profile:
– A minimum 1 year work experience in the same capacity
– Partly] fully qualified in AAT or CIMA
– Good understanding of accounting principles
– Fluency in Ms office packages
– Effective time management and organizational skills
– Familiarity with Quick Books software
– Age preferably below 30 years
Job Profile
– Prepare and process company quotations and invoices
– Process and pay vendor invoices in a timely manner to avoid late payments
– Assist with monthly financial reports fro board review
– Prepare Journal entries and coordinate the monthly close process
– Assist in collection of accounts receivable
– Reconcile billing and deposit refunds
– Review property tax collections and rates
– Assist in preparing annual budgets
– Review monthly budget variances and make quarterly recommendations
– Assist in internal and external audits
– Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
– Review vendor statements for out standing invoices, resolve inquiries and disputes
