Our client is a reputed recruitment agency based in Belgium with clients all over in Europe, and looking for young, energetic, entrepreneurial and target driven individuals to join their team.

The position is based in Sri Lanka.

You will have flexible hours which you can decide yourself as long as you do 08 hours per day excluded brakes between the below mentioned time frame.

– Monday to Friday: between 11:30am to 10:30pm
– Hours worked between 11:30 pm – 5:30 from Office
– Hours worked after 5:30 from home.

Your duties will include:

– Source and recruit for qualified candidates in various professional disciplines. update internal database, schedule interviews
– Mail and Call qualified resumes sourced on various job boards, open internet searches, passive data mining, and our internal database.
– Try to get in contact and screen potential candidates via phone
– Contact applicants about the opportunities given by the client and check for their interest.

What we expect from you:

– Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity
– Telephone screening experience
– Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong ability to multi-task and handling multiple projects at the same time.
– Computer savvy with Microsoft Office applications and web browsers
– Quick learner and ability to think fast on your feet-solutions oriented
– Ability to think outside the box and not afraid to make suggestions
– Independent and motivated without mush supervision
– Direct sales with strong desire to succeed, goal oriented

What you will get:

high basic salary of 40,000LKR+per month depending on experience and unlimited monthly bonuses
