Planning Engineer (Building Project Colombo)
Candidate should possess B.Sc. (Civil) or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 03 years experience in Planning & Progress Control of large scale Buildings projects. Exposure to MS Project is an essential prerequisite. Candidates with NDT (Civil) or equivalent qualifications with 08 years experience in similar capacity also may apply.
Civil Engineers (Building Projects Colombo/Hambantota)
Applicants should have B.Sc. (Civil) or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 03-05 years experience in the relevant field.
Civil Engineer (Water Supply Project Dambulla)
Applicants should have NDT (Civil), NDES or equivalent qualifications with a minimum of 05 years or NCT or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years experience.
Past experience in Water retaining structures & pipe laying is an essential prerequisite.
Project Quantity Surveyor (Building Projects – Colombo/Hambantota)
Applicants should have B.Sc. (Q/S) with a minimum of 08 years experience in a similar capacity. He should be fully conversant with Quantity Surveying functions in post contract works. Thorough knowledge of the conditions of contract (ICTAD/FIDIC) and sound communication skills (Verbal & Written) are essential prerequisites.
