Job Description:
– Minimum 7 plus years of working experience
– Candidate with strong capability of developing high quality detailed designs, requirement analysis and code reviews
– Must have good hands on skills: Strong OOPS knowledge, Java/J2EE, Sprint Boot, Spring MVC, REST, Web services, Hibernate, SQL, Junit (Mandatory), Good analytical and problem-solving skills
– Must have exposure to: Micro services, C!I/CD, Code debugging skills, Ant/Gradle, Static code analysis tools (e.g. sonar), HTML/CSS, JS/jQuery
– Must have core skills
– Maintaining coding standards and best practices to ensure quality across the team
– Exceptional communications skills
– Work with the clients directly
– Excellent analytical skills
– Experience leading five to ten-member development team
– Outstanding people management skills
– Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning
– Sound knowledge and experience on Agile best practices
– Scrum Master experience will be an added advantage
– Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field or equivalent professional experience
