Sites Monitoring Engineer (Rajagiriya)

Orient Construction Co (Pvt) Ltd is a CIDA Registered Grade Cl company which is one of the sister companies of the Orient Group of Companies. We are looking for a suitable Civil Engineer with following basic qualifications to continuously monitor ongoing construction works all over the country.
Qualification and other requirements
1. Chartered Civil Engineer graduated from a Sri Lankan University or an University accredited by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka
2. Minimum post charter experience should be 10 years.
3. Fully conversant with the work site administration and CIDA developed Bidding Documents and their use at site level.
4. Should be able to handle site level documentation in keeping with the conditions of Contract relevant to each work contract.
5. Should be capable of maintain good relationship with Clients and Consultants without violating the Conditions of Contract requirements.
6. Should be able to cooperate with site staff to achieve Company goals
7. Age Limits should be between 45-55 years.
8. Base station shall be Colombo but should visit all sites at regular intervals.
